Terms and Conditions

Payments :-

Orders can be made though the shopping cart or by printing and sending the Order Form.

All items remain the property of the White Eagle Lodge of Australia until payment in full has been received and cleared.
All payments must be received in full before any items will be dispatched, unless prior arrangements have been made.
If payment is by cheque, purchase will be dispatched when cheque has cleared.
Any payments made by credit card will be dispatched automatically.

Returns :-

Returns will only be accepted for purchases that arrived to you damaged and you notify us within seven days of dispatch. Please contact us by phone 07 5494 4397 or email: info@whiteeaglelodge.org.au.

Postage :-

Australia – $5.00 for first item, $2.00 for each additional item to a maximum of $15.
New Zealand – $10(Australian) per item or email:  info@whiteeaglelodge.org.au for exact postage cost, as we try to get your orders to you as cheaply as possible.
South East Asia and other neighbouring countries – $10(Australian) per item or email: info@whiteeaglelodge.org.au for exact postage cost, as we try to get your orders to you as cheaply as possible.
