Most of us have been taught to suppress our feelings and hold onto the hurts of everyday living.
Why? ~ Shouldn’t we be happy and free?
This week will be spent learning to let go of any regrets that bind us; so that we can free ourselves and live happier, more fulfilling lives.
Regrets can be found in all aspects of our lives: - Health, Relationships with – Family, Friends, Work colleagues, Beliefs, etc.
These regrets affect us on all levels of our being – not just the physical, so why not join us on this retreat and give to YOU. It will be worth the effort.

The Labyrinth is a meditative tool which can be used as a quiet contemplative walking meditation or a deeper meditation taking you into the very centre of your being. During this retreat we will be working with a 7 spiral labyrinth linking each spiral with a Ray of Creation, a Chakra and a Perfume facilitating opportunities for your inner expansion and spiritual growth. Our meditations this week will be twice daily, morning and afternoon. So it is a week of going within rather than a week of mental stimulation.
There will be ample time for you to enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside and to enjoy the companionship of others on Retreat.

Antony Howe, author of our newsletter articles on Planetary Meditations with the Moon, will present this Retreat.
At mid year there will begin a major shift in planetary energies. Some are also curious about the Mayan calendar and 2012. What does it all mean? We will explore these issues. The Retreat week also sees the Full Moon in Aquarius on July 26th and the Sun in Leo, wonderful creative energies under the 4th Ray (of “Beauty”) and the 5th (of “Science” and “Brotherhood”). In worshipful meditation we will attune to the Planetary Angels to be uplifted to their Celestial Temple. As White Eagle reminds us: “wonderful is the spiritual law that the human contact, through willing hearts on earth, is necessary before the angels can make contact at the physical level of life." Doing our human part we will radiate these inspiring Angelic energies and infuse them with the wonderful Love energy of the Lodge – under the Christ Star.
The focus will be on an “EXPERIENTIAL” exploration of energies and symbols of the Planetary Angels, in an entirely NON-technical way, so is NOT “astrology” in the usual sense of calculating horoscopes, etc. You will NOT need ANY maths, computers, or prior astrological knowledge etc., to attend. A good imagination will help. To assist us visualise this I will screen amazingly beautiful N.A.S.A. images of Galaxies, Star formations and glowing gas clouds.
The emphasis is to be “playful” (a Sun in Leo week) and seek insight from meditations, music and art, not books and computers, a bit like the way the ancient peoples used these “gods” in mystery dramas. Avoiding the very “word” oriented traditional lectures and textbooks on “the stars” as much as possible, we will try to VISUALISE and FEEL and ENACT – each planet and sign by making and wearing Zodiac masks, and using costumes and movement to explore them. Imagine what the Moon or Saturn (etc) might “say” if speaking to you.
Classical music will be used (for each planetary vibration), and relaxed use of drawing, collage, and techniques from art and drama therapies to hold a “dialogue” with our inner planetary energies to explore what these mean for us: e.g. does our Venus just want chocolate and expensive clothes?
Your ideas and input will be valued, so if people want to bring favourite items of clothing, art, music, or poems (etc) to illustrate a “planet” (their own “Sun sign” or Moon) – we can incorporate this into a “sharing” session. Also we can use the Lodge’s Zodiac cards and if you wish make our own cards for the planets.
In a change of Retreat format some evening meditations will take place (after the last meal) – ideally OUTSIDE (if dry) under the Full Moon – to tune in to it – adapting the Tree of Light breathing from the usual focus on the Sun to draw on the silver light of the Full Moon and pray to Divine Mother.
But above all, learn from the experience of contacting the Planetary Angels through a week of fun and Brotherhood.

In this Retreat Jenny will cover all aspects of the beautiful and safe way White Eagle offers us to unfold our innate spirituality. Time will be spent establishing a closer relationship with our individual guides and working with White Eagle in the heavenly Wisdom School. We will look at work done with him in the past in mystery schools down the ages. The Retreat will also include in-depth work with those great angelic beings White Eagle refers to as 'the Sons of the Flame' and with our own 'Zodiac Angel'. It will be an opportunity to deepen our understanding of our brotherhood with all the Angelic Kingdom.

In this Retreat we shall link particularly with Minesta, our founder and spiritual Mother for all White Eagle worldwide work. Throughout her physical life Minesta worked with White Eagle to bring deeper understanding of the age-old mysteries of eternal life - a fundamental aspect of Wisdom School work.
Since her passing she has continued to 'build the bridge' and enable us to establish a stronger and deep communion with loved ones who have passed on, heal past relationship issues, and offer ourselves as clearer channels for world healing. All these things will form part of our work with her during these days of Retreat together.

Whenever Heather is around there is always lots of fun and laughter. Come join in the fun.
White Eagle says : “We would have you readjust your outlook and think no longer of the years as adding to your cares, as bringing grey hairs or liability to sickness and disease, because this is false.”
Well, one delightful way to ‘readjust’ is to introduce laughter, not merely into games and entertainment but to weave it thoroughly through every event of the day - even the seemingly un-laughable events.
I was extremely fortunate to have been brought up with this approach and would love to share some of the practical ideas that have served me so well in threading laughter throughout every day – even during those seeming dark events.
Science is confirming that there is so much more to the glib phrase: ‘Laughter is the Best Medicine’ than we initially realised. What is more we can freely manufacture it, no one can overdose on it and the process guarantees no long term harmful side-effects.
White Eagle again: “The purpose of your creation is unfoldment, growth.”
Laughter is a splendid and enjoyable fertilizer for facilitating this unfoldment and it is never too late to master the art - to fabricate this ‘fertilizer’ - in a practical but simple manner.

Why not take time out before all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas festivities to just be still both in mind and body, to reconnect with our inner stillness and our oneness with all life. When we can touch the centre within we are more able to deal with the outer conditions of the world as well as opening our inner being to the great outpouring of the Christ Light on Christmas day.
Peace, tranquillity, stillness and meditation are the keynotes for the week. There will be plenty of time to read, walk, receive healing and just be.

Last year our Sacred Geometry days focused on the 5 Platonic Solids which are linked with the elements.
This year our focus will change to the Flower of Life and in particular the Seed of Life. Each petal of the Seed is linked with one of the 7 Rays of Creation so we will explore the Rays together one by one, how they affect our lives and how we can work in harmony with them.
Individual input is valued as sharing our insight is an important part of our learning experience.
Meditation on each Ray is the cornerstone of the morning.
Our time together concludes with a shared lunch so please bring a plate of vegetarian food for the table. These mornings are by donation.

BRISBANE – Saturday 13th March
During this day we will listen to White Eagle’s words as he remembers his incarnation as the entity ‘White Eagle’ in the Americas at Willomee. The day will consist of teachings of the Sun Men, the Indians, their ceremonies and the respect, love and reverence for Mother Earth.
We will perform chants and dance and listen to American Indian music. We will eat traditional Indian food and dress in the native colours. It will be a fun and informative day reminding us how to live as one with the earth and all life. As this workshop is held exactly one week before the Autumn Equinox it will help us to become attuned to its energies and prepare us for the great outpouring of this festival.

Buddha taught the Power of Peace, how to meditate and how to attune to the cosmos of all life. Through meditation and White Eagle’s teachings we will be able to touch that powerful place of peace within us. Sound is all around, everything vibrates and sounds its own note. With soul soothing music, meditation and chanting we will connect with the beautiful Angels of Sound which may teach us to listen and help us to sound our own true note.
