Think of a jewel-box; then imagine that you open your casket, and see, lying upon a soft cushion within, a golden jewel flashing light like fire and dazzlingly beautiful. Light from the rays of this jewel goes forth in all directions, high and broad and deep."
In your meditation try to conceive this ideal of the flashing, golden jewel. Within that jewel is to be seen the perfect human form. This perfect form is the perfected son/daughter of God. This is you! This is also your ideal.
